User-friendly, the Pitco E35 Electric Fryer is equipped with an electric thermostat with on/off switch and power on indicator. It can maintain temperature between 200° Fahrenheit and 375° Fahrenheit automatically. Additionally, it features a temperature limit switch, which would safely shut off all heaters in the fryer if it exceeds the upper limit. It also has immersion type heating elements with alloy stainless steel sheath, which should be able to heat water even if the boiler fails to do so. It is also designed with a fixed heating element to eliminate oil migration through pivot components for a safer working environment. Of course, it also has a bottom 1 1/4 inches NPT full port drain valve for quick draining.
