The Montague V136-8 Gas Range is a heavy-duty unit with a highly effective convection oven base. It has convenient dimensions of 36 inches (height) x 36 inches (width) x 37.25 inches (depth). Weighing 670 pounds, this massive equipment is packed with effectiveness, convenience, and an array of economic benefits. It features a satin finish stainless steel front and exterior bottom with a 3-inch deep front rail. Other unit surfaces are coated in black with electrolytic zinc undercoating. The unit is also packaged with a 4-inch stainless steel rear flue riser, a 1-1/4 NPT front gas manifold with ½ union on each end, and 6-inch adjustable stainless steel legs. The range top of the Montague V136-8 Gas Range is equipped with one 36 inches wide x 28 inches deep griddle. It has a ¾-inch thick precision-ground steel cooking surface that distributes heat evenly for beautifully cooked food. This surface design also promotes easy cleaning. It is furnished with a 4-inch high backsplash and tapered side-splashes, and 2-5/8 inches wide grease trough conveniently pitched to a built-in 2-1/8 inches hanging grease receptacle. Four (4) gas burners with standing pilots and gas control valves generate an impressive 15,000 BTU/hour each. Adjusting bolts for changing a griddle-forward pitch are also featured. The convection oven base of the Montague V136-8 Gas Range features a cooking compartment that is 26-5/8 inches wide x 22-1/4 inches deep x 15 inches high. It is equipped with a muffled, indirect-fire oven structure with a blower for fast yet accurate cooking. The oven also comes with five-position adjustable nickel-plated rack supports with standard three (3) racks. An insulated cool zone mounted thermostat manages temperatures from low to 500 degrees Fahrenheit. A cast iron burner comes with an automatic safety ignition pilot, generating up to an astounding 40,000 BTU/hour. To clean the range top, wash all the burners with warm water and dishwashing soap. To clean the convection oven, take out all the racks first and put them to the side. Once all the racks have been removed, apply an oven cleaner. Still guided by the manual, scrub and wipe off the cleaner. Use a washcloth or brush to scrub stubborn stains. Rinse thoroughly. Using some dishwashing soap, clean the racks that were set aside earlier.
