LongDescription#@#NA#@@#Cleaning Instructions#@#The Montague 136-9A Legend Heavy-Duty Gas Range should be given a periodic general cleaning. Allow it to cool down before proceeding with cleaning. Once cool, wash the exterior surfaces using a soft cloth or sponge moistened with mild detergent or soap solution. Then, dry thoroughly with a clean cloth. To remove grease and food splatter that have baked on the equipment, use cleanser instead. Apply cleanser to a damp cloth or sponge, and rub gently on the surfaces of the stain. For best results, wipe in the direction of the polishing lines on the metal. Soft cloth or sponge with detergent or soap solution should also be strong enough to clean the oven interior. Wash away spillovers as soon as possible to prevent carbonizing and a burnt-on condition. However, if hard stains do occur, a mild abrasive nylon cleaning pad may be used to rub it. All flue ways, air passages and openings, burner ports, primary air opening, and more parts should also be periodically cleaned to prevent clogging. Kindly refer to the manufacturer’s manual for more detailed instructions.#@@#Additional Info#@#The Montague 136-9A Legend Heavy-Duty Gas Range meets the industry standards and holds the following approvals: NSF listed, ETL design certified, and CE approved.#@@#General Info#@#For even cooking, trust only the Montague 136-9A Legend Heavy-Duty Gas Range!
