Scrub the food residue with a non-abrasive brush, and then rinse thoroughly. To clean the convection oven, take out all the racks first and set them aside. Once all the racks have been detached, apply an oven cleaner. Apply the cleaner on every part of the interior. Still guided by the manual, scrub and wipe the cleaner off the surfaces. Rinse them thoroughly.
For stubborn stains, use a cleaning brush or washcloth to scrub them. Once done, wipe away all the cleaner residues. Using dish soap, thoroughly clean the racks that were set aside in the beginning.
