Powered by Natural Gas or Liquid Propane, the Southbend S24E S-Series Restaurant Range is specially designed to help you address various culinary needs with ease. With four (4) one-piece, cast-iron burners, it allows simultaneous cooking and makes things much easier and more efficient. Paired with these non-clog burners are four (4) removable cast iron grate tops, with the rear ones capable of holding up to a 14-inch stockpot. The one-piece crumb drawer under the burners, on the other hand, promotes hassle-free cleaning. To address other culinary needs, the Southbend S24E S-Series Restaurant Range is furnished with a standard oven that requires a total of 35,000 BTU per hour. This space saver oven also features a snap-action thermostat and a U-shaped, durable burner to help cook every recipe to perfection. Apart from having an oven top and four sides that are insulated with heavy, self-supporting, block-type rock wool with oven baffle assembly, every part of its oven cavity is also enameled. Providing flexibility are 2-position rack guides and one (1) removable rack. Having sound dimensions of 59.5 inches (height) x 24.38 inches (width) x 34 inches (depth), the 350-pound Southbend S24E S-Series Restaurant Range is specially designed for all types of kitchens and lasting service. Built tough, it is constructed with stainless steel front, sides, and removable shelf. Further, together with 6-inch, adjustable stainless steel legs is a non-corrosive stainless steel front rail with closed, welded end caps for added durability. While its durable metal knobs with red stripes are designed to withstand long years of usage, its hinged, lower valve panel and quadrant spring doors with ergonomic handles provide additional convenience.

Scrubbing the surface parallel to the visible lines can also avoid ruining the stainless steel’s passive layer. Make sure that you also rinse and wipe dry every section after cleaning as well. You must not also forget to disconnect it from the power source before cleaning to prevent physical injuries and burns from happening. For the complete and detailed cleaning instructions, please refer to the Operator’s Manual provided in the package.#@@#Additional Info#@#The Southbend S24E S-Series Restaurant Range is made in the USA and has CSA Flame, CSA, and NSF certifications.
